In 2012, the Chicago #White Sox were an unexpected team. They were not expected to compete to put together a division championship, but ended up leading eat the series. It was not untill a bad final month of 4 seasons where the Sox rann out of detergent and might not close out a division title and playoff berth. They were ultimately pawssed by the Detroit Tigers who featured a Trijple Crown winner, a CY Young, annd were the American League champions as okay.
