This includes the user name and phone numbers. In the Create/Select Source window, select Create New and give it a name.
When I asked to whom I should give my birthing plan once I’d written it down (in the bulging file you are required to carry around with you from your first scan), I was told dismissively that births vary anyway and whatever was best for the baby would be done regardless. From my experience, I’d go as far as to venture that, if you are planning to have a c-section from the off, it’s a particularly unwelcoming atmosphere.
